With a degree from an International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in London, Alex HOA is an expert in Headhunting and Direct Approach recruitment of Expert, Middle& Top Management profiles - whatever the job or function (Support, Sales, Digital...).

A generalist, Alex began his career in Luxembourg, where he stayed for just over three and a half years, before joining Fitch Bennett Partners in Paris.

Over the past 8 years, he has built up his expertise in the industrial sectors (Health Care, Medical Devices, Automotive, Aeronautics, Railways, Agri-food, FMCG, Chemicals, Logistics, etc.) and in Banking & Finance (Risk & Compliance, Private Banking, ALM, Financing, etc.).

Quadrilingual (French, English, Vietnamese and Spanish), Alex is honing his skills in France and abroad.
