Alexandre worked as a generalist HR Director for 25 years within international organizations across industrial environments, business services, retail, healthcare, and energy sectors.

As a member of executive and leadership committees, he supported organizations through structural, social, and cultural transformations. His approach combines strategic vision, operational proximity, and economic performance to foster growth, talent management, and collective engagement in multicultural and multi-site environments.

Today, within Fitch Bennett Partners, Alexandre advises boards of directors, executive committees, and shareholders on executive appointments, leadership team structuring, and senior management recruitment decisions.
