Aymeric BOUFFARD

Aymeric has 25 years' professional experience, including 12 as head of a business unit in France and internationally in B2B services.
Since 2018, he has been putting his operational experience at the service of his clients, first by recruiting talent through direct approach, and then by selecting interim managers to help companies turn a corner.
Aymeric has a B2B service-oriented business sensibility marked by his experience in Transport and Logistics, Telecoms and Customer Relations. He has also managed missions in Industry, Banking, Defense and Energy for various functions, mainly at Top Management level in France and Europe.
Aymeric worked for an Anglo-Saxon group for 18 years, including 4 years in the USA. He is at ease in multicultural environments and knows Anglo-Saxon culture well.
Aymeric joins the FITCH BENNETT Partners team to strengthen our Executive Search and Transition Management activity.
Aymeric graduated from a business school and completed an Executive MBA at HEC in 2009. His passions: sport (squash and kitesurfing), motorcycling and his family.
